Karen in Tucson has done an amazing job so far in sewing princess blocks. Her latest is Merida - and I think she came out quite nicely. Karen - do you have any corrections to the pattern before I take if off the testing list.
Here are the others Karen has done - fantastic job so far.
Thank you for the compliment, but I am in awe of Michelle and her ability to design and share her wonderful patterns in her busy life in a holiday season! She has a unique ability to capture the essence of a character with her designs.
ReplyDeleteMy suggestion to quilters wising to make the golden haired princesses is to use a fabric for the face tones that is at least one shade darker than you want so they aren't as anemic looking as mine! When I paper piece I normally look at the lines, and whether they cross each other rather than concentrating on the numbers, and it has served me well.
You are so talented!!! Love the patterns! Thank you so much for sharing your talent and patterns.
ReplyDeleteI am available for testing the next few months. In May I will be packing and moving.
ReplyDeleteI have enjoyed making all these Princesses and would like to know, are you planning on making the Princes for them....I know you are probably very busy, but I would be happy to pattern test for you. Again thanks for the awesome patterns.
ReplyDeleteWhat steps do I need to do to be able to print out the princess patterns? I have a 3 yr old niece that would love these
